Stunning decor throughout the property.
I stayed for 3 nights, and honestly, I was let down by the overall service. Additionally, getting access to the pool was a hassle, as I had to trek over to the spa desk each time. The noise from the wedding events at the large tent was disruptive, especially in the evenings when we just wanted to relax in our room.

great room but service could improve
The King Room was stylish and spacious, providing a very comfortable stay. I appreciated the immaculate cleanliness throughout the hotel. Breakfast featured local ingredients and was a wholesome start to my day.
Service felt a bit underwhelming at times, especially during busy breakfast hours.

Shepherd'S Run is a hidden gem! The complimentary breakfast featuring local treats was a culinary delight, especially the blueberry French toast casserole. Plus, the staff was impeccable—shoutout to Patsy for going above and beyond! The property itself is stunning, combining modern comfort with rustic charm.
At this price point, daily cleaning and towel changes should be standard, not something you have to request. Also, accessing the pool via the spa desk felt a bit cumbersome.

Charming Stay with Minor Hiccups
We enjoyed our one-night stay in a cozy Standard King Room. The check-in was smooth, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast featuring delicious local pastries. Just a heads-up, the doors are thin, so noise from the hallway can be a concern. Opt for a quieter night midweek.

The property was beautiful, with clean and comfy rooms. A lovely complimentary glass of wine each day that made evenings special. I really enjoyed the heated saltwater pool and the serene spa treatment options during my stay. The only hiccup was the confusing entrance, but a quick look at the pre-arrival email cleared things up! 😊
